Hit CNBV compliance, keep auth costs below US$0.12 per user and bring time-to-first-transaction from 6 minutes to under 90 seconds.
// Approach
Rebuild with React Native + Expo Router, KYC via Veriff, payments through Stripe Issuing and a Node/PostgreSQL backend with event sourcing. We crafted the onboarding pixel-by-pixel with motion design to cut drop-off.
