These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Forza Code & Consulting S.A. de C.V. ("Forza") website. By browsing or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Purpose of the site

This site is informational and presents Forza's services (software development, web, mobile, automation & AI, custom systems and data/infrastructure). It is not an online store or a transactional platform.

The Forza brand, logo, texts, design, code and other site elements are owned by Forza or used with permission, and are protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce or exploit them without our written consent.

Brands, logos and names of the projects or clients shown belong to their respective owners and are used for illustrative purposes.

You may use the site to learn about our services and contact us. You agree not to use it for unlawful purposes, not to attempt to breach its security, and not to interfere with its operation or that of other users.
