UNIFY
Website and booking platform for a luxury chauffeured-Tesla transport service in Mexico.
Meet the client. Who they are and who they sell to.
The client
Unify Luxury is a Mexican luxury transport service run by two partners: a fleet of six chauffeured Teslas for premium airport, corporate and event transfers, under the motto “The luxury of travelling green”. We built their platform: a premium Next.js site that conveys the brand's luxury and presents its three service tiers with quoting in seconds, and behind it a booking system with a panel for the two partners to manage trips, drivers and clients. The close is confirmed over WhatsApp. It's already operating with 1,500+ trips and 98% satisfaction.
What they came to solve, in plain language.
Challenge
- 01Convey the brand's luxury on the site: premium, electric, silent.
- 02Let the client quote and book in seconds, with no friction.
- 03Give the two partners a panel to manage trips, drivers and clients.
- 04Three clear service tiers, with fixed rates and no surge pricing.
What changed between day one and launch.
Before & after
BOOKING BY MESSAGE
- No site to convey the brand's luxury
- Scattered bookings by message, one by one
- Quotes done by hand
- No place to manage trips and drivers
THEIR OWN PLATFORM
- Premium site that sells the Tesla fleet
- Quote in seconds via form
- Panel to run trips, drivers and clients
- Three tiers with fixed rates
Every feature shaped so the client closes the deal.
What we built
A site worthy of the Tesla fleet
A premium experience that sells electric luxury: the Tesla fleet with certified drivers, the silence and the sophistication on every kilometer. The site positions the brand and presents the three service tiers so the client feels the luxury from the first scroll.
- Premium, electric, minimal design
- Tesla fleet and certified drivers up front
- Three tiers: Práctico, Select and Premium
- Bilingual and mobile-optimized
Quote and book in seconds
The client fills out a form with origin, destination, date and preferences and gets an exact price in minutes. The close and confirmation happen over WhatsApp, the way the operation already works.
- Quote form by route and date
- Exact price in minutes
- Close and confirm over WhatsApp
- Fixed rates, no surge pricing
A panel for the two partners
Behind the site, a booking system with a panel where the partners run their operation: trips, drivers and clients in one place, with no spreadsheets or scattered messages.
- Trips and bookings management
- Drivers and assignments
- Clients and their history
- A single source for the operation
Three tiers, fixed rates
Práctico, Select and Premium, each with what's included clear and upfront: from the efficient transfer to the Tesla Model S/X with an elite driver and white-glove service. Fixed price per route, no surprises.
- Práctico: efficient Tesla transfer
- Select: premium Tesla with VIP details
- Premium: Model S/X and white-glove service
- 24/7 priority availability
Our five steps applied to a real project.
